Labor Day is a fun time to visit Key West. Here are a few of the many awesome activities that you can enjoy here this weekend as you savor the end of the summer season. 

Spend time on the water: There are many [beautiful beaches](https://www.planetware.com/florida/top-rated-beaches-in-key-west-us-fl-398.htm) in Key West! [Smathers Beach](https://www.cityofkeywest-fl.gov/facilities/facility/details/Smathers-Beach-5) and [Clarence S. Higgs Memorial Beach](https://www.monroecounty-fl.gov/235/Higgs-Beach) are two of the most popular beaches in the city.

Visit a water park: [Truman Waterfront Park](https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g34345-d17378321-Reviews-Truman_Waterfront_Park-Key_West_Florida_Keys_Florida.html) is an outstanding local splash pad that the kids are sure to love. [Cozumel Park](https://www.cityofkeywest-fl.gov/facilities/facility/details/Cozumel-Park-14) is also home to a fantastic splash pad.

Go shopping: Snag some great deals this Labor Day!
